At Construct Wealth, we have deliberately designed our practice to eliminate every possible conflict. We do not accept commissions. We are not owned by, or affiliated with, any product provider. And if we ever do receive a commission — you get 100% of it back.

Case Study 1 – Tax effective wealth plan

Executive couple wanted a sense check — they now have a plan to grow their wealth by $400k

A couple in their late 40s with a combined income over $400,000 had built up a portfolio of investment properties but the rental income was going to the spouse in the top tax bracket. They held unnecessary insurance and were about to make another costly mistake with another property purchase.

We restructured their entire approach and by cutting loose some deadwood and using debt wisely we will be saving them $150,000 over ten years and growing their net worth by around $400,000.

Case Study 2 – Better use of Super

Doctor wanted to save fees — left with a plan to save $150k in tax and grow wealth by $400k

A doctor and his wife in their early 50’s. Was using multiple companies and trusts to invest but was not making the best use of super. Their main focus was on fees, but were ignoring the fact they were taking a risk by investing in the same company the doctor was trading through.

We came up with a plan to move the investments from teh companies to the trust and make better use of super.

Through following our plan, they will save more than $15,000 a year.
